Public Meetings

All Parish Council meetings are held in the Trap House (potentially larger gatherings may be held in the Market House or The Hub) and are open to the public, although it is at the Chairman's discretion if individuals are allowed to pass comment. At every Full Council meeting (the last Monday in the month) and every Council Planning meeting (usually the 2nd Monday of the month) there is an Agenda item for Public Participation.

The Annual Parish Meeting is normally held at the Hub in April. This is not a Parish Council meeting but one for the electorate and is a "Public Meeting" in every sense.
